B&C CAMERA RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE SALES:
B&C Camera strives to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality service and merchandise. All products sold through B&C Camera are new & unopened unless otherwise stated. We stand by every product we sell and we are proud to provide our customers with the best product available. We realize that at times you may need to return merchandise to us. To ensure proper credit for your returns, please be aware of and abide by the following:
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and be sure to keep your original receipt. Do not fill out warranty cards until you are certain that your merchandise is in good and brand new condition and that you have received everything that you should have. Do not throw away any of the manufacturer's packing materials. Read the instruction manual thoroughly before testing your new equipment.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
If you have an account with us at bandccamera.com, please log in, go to "My orders", select the order you wish to return, and click “Request return.”
If you do not have an account with bandccamera.com, please contact us at sales@bandccamera.com to receive a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions on your return.
REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS:
If you receive a product that is defective, we will gladly replace your product without any cost to you. All defective returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.

UNOPENED PRODUCT RETURNS:
If you receive a product that is not what you needed and is unopened, you can return it for an exchange or refund* within 14 days of receipt of product.
*Refunds will be issued for the amount of the product less 5% credit card processing fees and any manufacturers’ restocking fees that may apply. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
To ensure full credit is given, all items must be returned in original, unused condition. All warranty cards, product manuals and other accompanying documentation must be in their original, unaltered condition. Do not tape over or deface manufacturer’s original cartons. Please write the RA number in a visible spot on the outside of the shipping carton. Returns that are received in other than original condition will NOT be accepted or returned. Since we do not stock special order items, the manufacturer will charge us to ship the product back to them.

OPENED OR USED PRODUCT RETURNS:
At B&C Camera, we are proud of the quality and consistency of the product and service we provide our customers. REFUSAL OF SHIPMENT:
In the event that customer places an order but then refuses to accept delivery of the merchandise ordered, the applicable restocking fee will be charged as well as all shipping and credit card fees.

In the event of a return or refusal of shipment, customer authorizes B&C Camera to charge customer’s credit card for any of the applicable fees as set forth above.
CHOICE OF FORUM FOR DISPUTES:
In the event of any dispute involving the purchase or return of any product or service provided by B&C Camera, any such dispute will be resolved in a Court located in Clark County, Nevada.
CHOICE OF LAW:
This agreement and all agreements with B&C Camera will be governed by, interpreted under and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
SEVERABILITY:
In the event any court or arbiter of any legal dispute finds that any terms or provisions of this return policy and agreement with B&C Camera are invalid, the remaining portions of this agreement will be in full force and effect, and the invalidity of any such provision will not invalidate the entirety of this agreement or any other agreement.
NO MODIFICATION:
Neither the purchaser nor employees of B&C Camera have authority to alter the provisions of this agreement unless such modification(s) are done in writing.
ATTORNEY FEES:
In the event B&C Camera must retain an attorney to enforce the provisions of this agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to attorney fees and costs.
TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE:
Time is of the essence in the performance of and compliance with this agreement and the deadlines set forth herein. In the event of a customer’s failure to comply with the deadlines delineated above, B&C Camera reserves the right to refuse any return and apply all relevant charges as stated above.
