This camera offers 15 stops of dynamic range, high sensitivity (expanded ISO up to 409600), fast autofocusing and strong image stabilization capabilities that are perfect when you need your footage quickly!.
Sensitivity, Speed and Supreme Imagery. The Alpha 7S III has a newly developed 12-megapixel Full Frame Backside illuminated (BSI) Exmor R CMOS sensor that delivers sensitivity, speed and superior images. It takes full advantage of the large pixels & BSI copper wiring structure to more than double its own efficiency for reading out data from photos or videos with less noise.
	New BIONZ XR Processing Engine. The new BIONZ XR processing engine delivers 8x more power than previous models. Not only does it support high sensitivity and wide dynamic range that has become hallmarks of the “S” series, but also fast features such as real time AF tracking up to 10fps continuous shooting with over 1 thousand RAW still images!
Low noise images ; 15+stop Dynamic Range. The Sony Alpha 7S III is optimized for low light photography and offers better performance in darker situations than its predecessor. With an impressive 12MP sensor, this camera can capture high-quality 4K photos with no noise issues due to larger pixels that are capable of collecting more visible color information from each shot making them great at capturing detail even when there's not much else around!
	10-bit 4:2:2 Video. The camera can record 10-bit 4:2:2 video internally when using Long GOP or All Intra compression, which gives it greater editing freedom and allows you to grade for fuller gradations. The maximum frame rate is 120p in full frame 4K mode with the α7S III's high bitrates that are capable of producing smoother footage than before without any visible artifacts.
Efficient MPEG-H HEVC/H.265 (XAVC HS™) coding The Sony a7S III is more than just an ordinary camera. In addition to its common XAVC S™ (MPEG-4 AVC/H.264) codec found on current models, this high end device adds another interesting feature:XAVCHS format recording using the new and improved MPEG HEVC / H 265 for approximately twice as much efficiency compared with standard versions of these video files!
